世界は、見えるものだけでできているわけではない。
光や音、匂い、温度、記憶や気分。私たちはそうしたものに触れながら、世界を感じている。
見えないものに目を向けたとき、いつもの景色は少し違って見えてくる。
本展は、高知・「貉藻」で毎月開催されている企画「感覚線」の一環として、「彫刻家の家」との共催により開催される。
参加作家は、これまで彫刻家の家での活動を通して関わりを築いてきた作家たちである。
それぞれ異なる方向を向きながらも、その作品は目には見えない感覚や経験へと静かに線を伸ばしている。

On the Unseen
The world is not made up only of what can be seen.
Light, sound, scent, temperature, memory, and emotion—we experience the world through these invisible presences as much as through what appears before our eyes.
When we turn our attention to what cannot be seen, familiar landscapes begin to reveal themselves differently.
This exhibition is presented as part of Sensory Lines, a monthly exhibition series held at Mojamo in Kochi, and is co-organized with The Sculptor’s House.
The participating artists are those who have developed connections through activities at The Sculptor’s House. Although each pursues a distinct artistic direction, their works quietly extend toward invisible sensations and lived experiences.
This exhibition also invites us to attend to the unnamed sensibilities that emerge between the artworks, the people who encounter them, and this place itself.
